Despite the 10-deep crowd around the ring and my lack of tripod, I managed a couple of decent shots. The big draft horses are so photogenic with their long manes and regal faces.
A slightly hairy drill team composed of the huge, gorgeous gray Percherons and fancy riding cobs...
This man specialized in liberty work- no bridle, no saddle, with the horse controlled mostly with voice and weight and cues from the whips.
It was slightly ham-ish, but sweet.
Tomorrow...there will be sheep.
